Carole A. MacDonald, Founder and CEO of Carole A. MacDonald Consulting, is an entertainment expert and brand connector with over 20 years of international marketing experience. Accustomed to transitioning seamlessly from boardroom to backstage to tour bus, she brings broad-based entertainment experience plus deep expertise in music and digital marketing to promote collaboration amongst artists, brands, and agencies. Earlier in her career, Carole served in numerous capacities for EMI, most recently as Vice President of Marketing for the UK division. In this role, she managed all aspects of EMI UK artist marketing, including strategy and implementation, innovation, and new product/service launches. At EMI, she was also responsible for multi-million dollar budgets and created custom campaigns for internationally known artists, including Katy Perry and David Guetta. A passionate advocate for disruptive business strategies that harness the power of digital media, technology, and content to help organizations worldwide more deeply engage their target audiences, Carole has earned a reputation globally in the industry as a trusted advisor – she is uniquely qualified to help organizations reinvent their processes and develop awareness via innovative marketing, digital, and content strategies.
